When you request a special order, we will discuss the job with you over the phone, exchange photos via e-mail of the project and do whatever else is necessary to ensure that your order is made correctly. Please understand that because a special order requires such a attention to detail for specific customer needs, there are no returns on special orders. Unless of course, we made the mistake, then we will obviously work with our customers and ensure that they receive their order exactly as they need it.
