Under normal circumstances, most orders for in-stock items placed on regular business days, Monday - Friday, from 7:00AM to 12:00PM MDT (7:00AM-8:30AM MDT for USPS orders), will typically be processed and ship same day. Orders for in-stock items placed after this time will typically ship on the following business day. Orders received on weekends will be processed on the next business day. We will contact you via phone or e-mail for orders which contain special order items or items that are not in stock to discuss your options and arrive at the best possible solution for your order.
As we do our best to provide same day shipping, we cannot guarantee it. Some orders for in-stock items can take 1-5 business days to ship. Drop-shipments, packaging, low-stock, freight issues, high order volumes, holidays, weather and circumstances beyond our control are some of the many factors that could delay a shipment.
We currently offer the following options to ship your order:

(Standard pick-up time for USPS is between 9:00-10:00AM MDT, Monday-Friday)
- LTL
(Less-than-truckload): Larger Shipments & Pallet Quantities
(Pick-up times for LTL will vary)
Shipping charges are FOB source and are non-refundable. Most items will ship from US postal code 84047 in Salt Lake City, Utah. In some instances, your order may also be drop-shipped from the manufacturer. Our website provides you with a shipping calculator, which displays approximate costs and delivery times for your order. Please note that these values are approximates only and are subject to change. Your invoice will also show an Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) for your order. Please note that this date is an estimate only, not a guarantee. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders to offer a more concise delivery schedule. Please note that in some cases where your order is drop-shipping direct to you from the manufacturer, some manufacturers are unable to provide us with a tracking number immediately upon your order leaving their warehouse. It may be necessary for us to place a call to the manufacturer and obtain more details if you require a tracking number.
We do our best to find the least expensive freight carrier possible to keep the charges to a minimum. If freight changes from what the site quotes, we will contact you with the amount for your approval before shipment. You may contact us for a freight quote on any item before ordering. If you do, please provide us with item, address & zip code, and if it is a residential or commercial address. Businesses that are based out of a residential address (such as your home) are not considered a commercial address and are subject to the residential shipping rates.
A Special Note to Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other International Customers: When placing an order with ComfortGurus.com, please be aware that shipping rates to areas outside of the contiguous United States can be considerably higher. We will try our best to keep the shipping rates to their lowest, but customers outside of the contiguous States may be subject to brokerage fees, customs fees and other charges that are beyond the control of ComfortGurus.com. Shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others may impose fees and charges that are collected by those respective companies and their brokers, not ComfortGurus.com. In some cases, if your product will be shipping direct from the manufacturer to an area outside of the contiguous States, it may have to come to our warehouse first, then ship to you, which may increase shipping charges for your order. In any event, please call us at 866-519-2461 to discuss shipping rates for your order.

ComfortGurus.com Returns PolicyNo returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase date. No exceptions. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus the customer is responsible to pay the return shipping charges. An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) is required to return any item. Please send an e-mail to our customer service department or call (866) 519-2461 with the order number, item number(s), reason for return, and your contact information. ComfortGurus.com will then issue the RGA via the e-mail address on the customer's account. If an e-mail address in not available, ComfortGurus.com will arrange another method to provide the customer with the RGA information. Any item that is to be returned must be in its unopened, original packaging and in resaleable condition. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of item. If an item is received in unacceptable condition, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item back to the customer. Unacceptable, returned items will be disposed of at the customers expense if the customer does not make arrangements for pick-up within 30 days. By initiating the return of an item, the customer agrees to and accepts the terms of the Return Policy as stated herein. Please note that no returns will be accepted on electrical items due to our inability to test the returned items before resale.
ComfortGurus.com Warranty Policy
ComfortGurus.com recommends that the products on this site be installed by a licensed professional. Improper product installation will void the manufacturer warranty associated with the product. Please follow all installation guidelines provided by the manufacturer. ComfortGurus.com will only honor product warranties within the specified terms of the manufacturer.
ComfortGurus.com will only issue the customer a refund for the defective product once ComfortGurus.com has received a warranty credit from the manufacturer. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to send a product back to ComfortGurus.com for warranty claims. No freight charges will be refunded for warranty claims. For all warranty claims, please send an e-mail to our customer service department or call (866) 519-2461 with the item number, order number, reason for warranty and your contact information. |
