Because of the busy cold season, there may be a delay in shipment on any special order or out of stock items. We are working our best to get your items shipped as fast as possible, however, our product manufactures have their own holiday schedules that we have to work with when fulfilling your orders.
Please note that even if you place an expedited order such as "2nd Day Air" or "Next Day Air," it will not be able to ship until these special order or out of stock items become available from the manufacture. Only then will it ship via the requested shipment method. Stocked items that we have in our warehouse will ship normally as stated in our Shipping Policy.
We would like you to know that we are trying our best to help our customers receive their much needed products in a timely manner as best as we can.
